All of our delicious wedding cakes are baked to order from quality ingredients and are completely hand made and finished. We bake from scratch in our own East London kitchen, using our own tried and tested recipes to ensure the finest flavour. What’s in our cakes is even more important than how amazing they look. Madagascan vanilla beans, our home-made lemon curd, salted caramel made from scratch, and real fruit conserves are all essentials in our cakes and fillings.
Our cakes are expertly cut into four perfectly equal layers and filled with generous layers of our sumptuous Italian meringue buttercream. Finally, they’re covered in a scrummy white, milk or dark Belgium chocolate ganache before a final thin layer of British artisan or Swiss sugarpaste.
We don’t use any mixes, pre-made cakes, margarine’s, white vegetable fats, or imitation chocolate in any of our wedding cakes.
