For cakes that taste as good as they look

All of our delicious wedding cakes are baked to order from quality ingredients and are completely hand made and finished. We bake from scratch in our own East London kitchen, using our own tried and tested recipes to ensure the finest flavour. What’s in our cakes is even more important than how amazing they look. Madagascan vanilla beans, our home-made lemon curd, salted caramel made from scratch, and real fruit conserves are all essentials in our cakes and fillings.

Our cakes are expertly cut into four perfectly equal layers and filled with generous layers of our sumptuous Italian meringue buttercream. Finally, they’re covered in a scrummy white, milk or dark Belgium chocolate ganache before a final thin layer of British artisan or Swiss sugarpaste.

We don’t use any mixes, pre-made cakes, margarine’s, white vegetable fats, or imitation chocolate in any of our wedding cakes.

  • Vanilla & Raspberry: Vanilla Bean cake, filled with Madagascan vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and Raspberry preserve.
  • Double Chocolate: A moist dark cake, with a deep cocoa flavour filled with a light chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Rose & Raspberry: A rose water sponge, filled with Raspberry conserve and a gently flavoured rose Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Lemon: A light sponge, flavoured with fresh lemons and filled with homemade lemon curd and lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Raspberry & White chocolate: A textured raspberry sponge filled with a creamy white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Chocolate and Peanut Butter: Rich chocolate cake, filled with a smooth peanut butter Italian meringue buttercream and honey roasted peanuts.
  • Coconut: Delicately flavoured coconut cake filled with a creamy coconut Italian meringue buttercream with coconut milk.
  • French Almond: Soft almond sponge filled with roasted almonds in a light chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Salted Caramel: A caramel sponge made with molasses, filled with a caramel Italian meringue buttercream and a thick salted caramel sauce.
  • Carrot: A warmly spiced carrot cake, filled with an orange or cinnamon Italian meringue buttercream.

Dietary

  • We offer cakes made with no gluten containing ingredients.
  • We do not offer egg free or dairy free cakes.
  • All of our products are suitable for vegetarians, are extract and completely alcohol free (Halal).
  • If you would like your cake to be baked using only organic ingredients please request this, there is a surcharge for this service.
