Our Classes
All of our classes are taught in our very commercial studio in trendy East London. Our expertise and industry know-how means that in addition to the standard methods, we'll teach you our own tips, tricks and secrets to help you on your way to cake perfection
Class Sizes - it's all about you!
With only 4-6 participants in each class, we can give you the individual attention you need to to hone your skills and learn new ones. If you have specifics you want to cover and would prefer a 1-2-1 session, get in touch to discuss availability.

We've been professionals for over 4 years, with many more years of baking under our belts. Our position in the market as one of London's most sought after wedding cake designers (and top 50 UK designers!) means that we have the knowledge and know-how to help you improve your skills.
