Z&S had their beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at the majestic Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire.
Their original colours for their wedding were white, yellow and gold and we were thinking of a design along the lines of this design but as a four tier version to serve around 130. We didn’t need the monogram or the geometric design on the bottom tier as neither element really fit the elegant (but not modern) theme.
Pastel pink became more of a feature for the day and I was more than happy to amend the design. We incorporated pink into the design as well as subtle marbling and had a re-think in regards to the flowers.
Z&S also decided on having a custom flavour for their bottom tier – Chocolate & Cherry.
The original design has a mixture of anemone’s, roses and peonies but the delicate new look really lends itself to David Austin roses.
The top 3 tiers were a pale pink with light marbling and the bottom tier was traditional grey marble.
As is tradition at Hedsor House, the stairs are utilised by guests during the cake cutting which results in gorgeous photos like this!
